Layers of Bias
Presented at RIXC Art Science Festival 2024
Layers of Bias is a multi-media, interactive, and multi-player installation that acts as a critical examination of media representation in the digital age. In addressing the distortion of information on current media platforms, Layers of Bias prompts the player to reflect on how our perceptions are shaped and reshaped by multiple layers of bias, ultimately altering our understanding of primary sources and how we communicate them.
My role within this project was coding and designing the interface and its functionality in connecting with Stability AI’s image generation API, as well as responding to the physical
computing elements.
